In the current UI, Verbose mode has toggles for all other messages (Friend join, Portal drop, etc.) but does not have any toggle for the popup when you change your avatar.

99% of the time when a user changes their avatar, it is intentional. For me this popup is largely unnecessary and I would like the option to turn it off without turning off Verbose mode entirely.
