Add Additional Custom Safety Settings Preset

I enjoy going to the various dance and live DJ events in VRChat. During these events, I set my safety settings to max to minimize performance impact, but I find many people suffer from blocked shaders.
I am aware that I can set this in the custom safety settings, but I have that already fine-tuned for my general use outside of the dance events.
It would be a pain to need to set those every time I go into a specific situation, so I thought that it would be beneficial to many if we could get an additional custom safety setting preset or two.
These could be set up for specific events situations and can easily be swapped to with little downtime.

a good beginning would be a "dynamic bone" safety setting. While yes, we can limit the usage for _all_, I would wish a setting that I can choose per rank if I want to have dynamic bones enabled or not. (I personally would do everyone off except friends for example)

While presets could be useful they won’t solve too much when it comes to managing performance.
I personally hate the performance in large instances such as the events because you can’t just show the avatar on an individual, you have to start bypassing the whole safety settings to see someone and over multiple events that starts to add up. Not being able to show individual safety and performance settings or have a per instance temporary option can make these settings useless if we have to constantly permanently show everything on everyone.
This can be applied to public instances I don’t wish to permanently show everything on users just to see their avatar when I’m running max safety and performance settings for multiple reasons.
