Add a way for Desktop & PCVR users to test quest verisons of their avatars/content

I'd rather not be stuck not having a way to properly test content that I've made a quest version of, pretty sure nobody does, I'm thinking a flat or 3dof android build, or a testing specific client (debug tools, android build emulation, limited to your worlds or VRchat home, private) would work for this purpose, it would be better than having no feasible way to make sure a quest version of an avatar even works other than finding some random quest user you don't even know to test it for you...

Yes!! just ran into this problem. I created a quest version of my avatar but have no Idea how it looks on quest because I'm a PCVR user.

This offers 2 things:
- users making cross platform content can test worlds in both platforms.
- Users with lower end pcs may be able to try this game.
I have run into many worlds where the shaders didn’t even work for quest users even though the world was design to work for quest and pc.

There needs to be a way for creators to see Quest/Mobile avatars to test their uploads. Either an in game switch or maybe an Android viewer for the creator only.

Also Quest content is compiled for android so it won't be possible to be viewed on a computer unless its through Unity
