Add a "Now heading to: [WORLD NAME]" to the loading screen

When the level is loading, aside from showing the player the data usage and helpful hints on how to use VRC, have the loading screen show a print out of the level title, description and level artist.

To avoid any accidental texts appearing on the loading screen (some devs used the comments section in the sdk for notes on the level) Have the description only be displayed once a special "Display description upon loading" tickbox has been ticked in the uploader or in the "uploaded content" panel. (similar to setting a avatar private/public)

World name is needed here too, and also which #channel number. So i can see if right world is loaded and not by accident switched.
Also useful when i am "knocked" out and suddenly loading another world. Where am i heading now?
Add world name is very requested option in loading screen.
Don't forget if you are invited by other, you see ONLY world name, but you will miss world description / text. So you will come for example in unknown world and you have no clue what you can do.

I think once we have descriptions, they will really be filled with Patreons, Discords, Twitches, and the like.
But I support it being used for what is described here! And showing the world name at the least would be nice.

kawashirov: VRChat could learn a lot from TF2. Valve definitely managed to create something amazing in social aspects of that game, which VRChat lacks a lot, in my opinion.
