[Accessibility] Add a SFX when you receive any kind of notification

A few friends of mine and I who deal with ADHD agree that there should be a SFX that plays whenever you receive any kind of notification in VRChat. This would also be useful for those who play with the HUD off.

Definitely agree, the amount of times I've just not noticed an invite request for several seconds or altogether because I've had the game alt+tabbed, a sound prompt would have helped bring it to my attention.

I definitely could agree with this, or maybe even have the HUD fade in then back out after a certain duration.
Or maybe a toast notification like this?

deeroverflow: You usually turn the HUD off to take pictures or something. Having icons appear on it during picture taking would be really annoying.
A sound sounds like a better idea.
A sound for vote-kicks while some joker is spamming them on everyone would be really annoying though.
