Access to UUID / Username in addition to DisplayName in Udon

Udon currently only allows access to a user's DisplayName for identification purposes. This is not ideal for world creators to give special privileges to individual users, because DisplayName can be changed. A constant, unchangeable value such as a UUID would be better.

I'm in support of that especially because there is already a UUID that's just not accessable by Udon so it would not even require to much work I guess
