Ability to request teleporting to player

So, I am tired of trying to hunt down my friends in a world whenever I join a world with them, it'd be nice if I could request if I could teleport to their location in a world. Of course you could allow a world maker to disable this feature in order not to break parkour challenges etc.

allow world creators to enable or disable it only within their worlds & not the users (it should be turned off on all worlds by default probably so the creator can choose to have it on as it being on by default would be problematic for something like old worlds.)

knowing a lot of worlds will be broken by this i have one suggestion, make it a setting world creators can enable/disable. add this and have it on by default, but give world creators a way to turn it off
Edit: also give users a way to turn off the requests

oh my god we need this

Highly dislike the idea: I don't wanna be spammed with TP request as soon as multiple friends join in on me, plus a lot of worlds are highly incompatible with such system.
Both as a world creator & user, I don't want anything to do with such system, unless you can disable it completely altogether.

i feel like how far away the player is and how long you have been away from spawn should play a role in this

Some worlds have this feature and you can also turn off the ability to TP to you normally near the main menu which I thought was pretty cool maybe some more people should implement this kind of system into their worlds

Only with heavy restrictions. A lot of issues with this one. A radar is better.

Suggestion for this; Player status should affect this in-world too. Greeen/blue? Teleport-to and off you go.
Orange? They get a request of "Can player teleport to you?"
Red? Greyed-out option.

Would be nice to have the option but should be disabled by default
