Ability to hide tags/worlds/authors from worlds tab
Code-Floof
I suffer from epilepsy and severe oversensitivity so it would be nice to be able to hide worlds that are known to be triggers. For example I could hide worlds with effects that cannot be disabled or authors who's worlds are known to (unintentionally) trigger a seizure.
Hidden worlds should not appear in the worlds tab or search, and have an icon on them in the friends tab while still showing a friend is in there.

I don't think the solution should be limited to a specific cause like epilepsy (though I understand your point). There are other reasons that I wouldn't want to revisit a world (it it junk for instance) :-) The Internet seems to be all about "favorites" as if we shouldn't be able to rate things unfavorably.
I've long been an advocate of "tags" vs "categorization". I may mark something as a favorite because I want to explore it later, it isn't a favorite, I haven't seen it. It might be a good example of a bad world that I want to show my friends. Again it isn't a "favorite" it should simply be tagged. Then it becomes possible to hide (or show) worlds with particular tags.
