Ability to create and join groups that are searchable by name and tags

You could create a group with a name and tags and others could join it and find it by name or search with tags. This would enable players to find others with common interest and join a world with them easily.

NicoKuroKusagi: Personally, I cannot imagine the future of VRChat without groups, but this other request doesn't suggest the ability to search and join groups directly, so this post doesn't necessarily have to get merged.
