A way to control Audio Source time for avatars.

VRC Animator Play Audios are great, but I think they're missing a huge feature: being able to decide how far into an audio clip you start, and how much of it to play.
The intent is to be able to play an audio source starting at a certain point within the clip.
An example: A music track. If I wanted to skip a portion of the music track, I currently have to cut up the track in an external program and create a complicated system with exact exit times on each transition or blend them together with transitions, all-in-all using quite a few audio sources to keep it sounding clean. Coupled with the 3 active avatar audio source limit, this essentially leaves me with only one audio source to play with due to blending between tracks.
I propose adding an extra box to the VRC Animator Play Audio behaviour, similarly to the "Play On Enter Delay In Seconds" box, but it being a "Play Time Into Track In Seconds" box. 0 would tell it to start at the beginning of the track, 1 would start the audio clip 1 second into the track, so on and so forth.
I also propose another setting box, "Amount Of Track To Play In Seconds" essentially telling the VRC Animator Play Audio to only play X amount of seconds of the track. This would allow a single audio clip to play a variety of different sounds, or loop the same section of the clip.
(Either all that or increasing the active audio limit slightly to 5 or even just 4 up from the current 3)
