[1512] Headchop doesn't allow constraints to move contacts attached to a mesh
TohruTheDragon
I added a sphere at the root of the avatar, and gave it a Heachop component, that chops the sphere itself.
The sphere has 2 contacts on it.
The sphere also has a parent constraint, that can be used to attach it to the Head or to the Hand of the avatar.
I have 2 animations.
The MoveToHead animation attaches the Sphere to the Head, using the parent constraint, and it sets the global scale of the headchop to 0, to make it disappear from first person view.
The MoveToHand animation attaches the Sphere to the Hand, using the parent constraint, and it sets the global scale of the headchop to 1, to make the sphere appear even in first person.
The issue with this setup is that the object does move to the hand correctly, however the contacts stay on the head, even though the contacts are children of the object.
In the video, it can be seen that the contact stays on the head for real, as it constantly sets the IsTouchingHead parameter to true.
The setup has been tested on the [1512] build number beta, but this works the same on live as well.
Here is the avatar's id: avtr_3985fb6e-b6dd-43e3-b563-0fd787654df0
