[1306] Group instance welcome message

Confirmed with bags that this is not a thing yet.
Would be neat if you could set a welcome message for a group instance. This way users know that this is a group instance. And they know it potentially has elevated moderation.
Or can be used to advertise the group in general.

This is still a very much needed feature. Group public instances are nice and all, but a lot of new users don't know what the difference is between it and a normal public instance.
This would go a long way to make it more obvious to players that it is an instance managed by a group and that it might have other rules.

Might have been discussed already but I feel this should pop up when the user clicks the Join button on the instance so they dont have to sit through a whole loading screen to be welcomed to a group they don't want to be with.

Add Welcome Screen after joining a group instance
Patroll
Concept
After joining a group instance of any type (regular, +, or public) a user could be presented with a welcome screen/window/modal of some sort which they have to accept/close, featuring group provided information.
Motivation
When joining a group instance, especially a public or "+" one a user might not fully understand the group or a community behind it, its purpose, rules, culture etc. or just the specific event in general. And they might be too lazy to research the group.
Examples
User joins a party world group instance:
> Welcome screen pops up describing the event, who's the moderator, rules forbidding certain behaviors or poorly optimized avatars.
User joins a theater world group instance:
> Welcome screen pops up with the description of what movies are they watching tonight and to avoid lengthy conversations.
Details
This could be in a form of a window with text and a button to close it, maybe "Accept" it. It could pop up right after joining the instance. It could feature group's description and/or its rules and/or an instance-specific description. It could pop up only once ever per each group, or it could pop up every time with a checkbox to don't show it again. Or it could pop up once each instance. Or if the information has changed.

Non-members should receive a list of Group rules when joining a Group instance
DAG-XR
For those who join Group Public, or Group+ instances, non-members who join the instance should be shown the list of group rules before proceeding to explore that instance.
Radicle
Lacking the ability to present the rules upfront is making group public instance moderation unnecessarily more difficult and unpleasant. I hope this feature is included soon.

As a side thought, I wonder if presenting a user with a dialog window that says "click ok to get kicked from this instance" would violate the TOS.
People got used to ignoring pop-ups.
I do think it's a good idea though.

Yeah this seems great, a pop up box like the you have been kicked box which shows the rules and doesn’t allow you to continue for like 10 seconds! Makes it simple for newbies to understand the rules!
