[1240] Limited to 3 links and 3 languages even though there would be space for 4.

Issue:
Right now you can ad a max of 3 languages and 3 links to your profile even though there would be space to add 4 of them. This results in there always being one empty slot to the right of your languages and links.
Suggestion:
Allow us to add a max of 4 languages and links, there is already space for them in the Menu and it would allow people who speak multiple languages to add another one, as well as allow use to link to more of our websites.

Additionally, being able to scroll sideways on those tabs (ala old Social/World menu) would be useful; be able to add more languages, links, and badges while keeping limited space consistent.

I could see that this might be a limitation because right now the Website only supports a max of three for each. If this is the case I would hope that once the Profile Page is redesigned it could be set to a max of 4.
