Right now the Buttons to Accept, Decline, etc Invites or Friend Requests are only shown when you hover above the Notification. This looks a bit award when using it since randomly just 4 Buttons appear and also makes it harder to know what you can do with the Notification when not hovering above it.

Always show the Buttons for Notifications to make the UI look less weird and to let the user know beforehand what they can do with the Notification.
