[1237] Camera fly mode is missing a rotation type

for the camera flying, there is no way to tilt the camera left or right. currently you can rotate the camera in im assuming the x and y axis, but you cannot rotate the z axis which makes it so you cant get any creative angles. not only that, but it also automatically aligns the camera when entering the fly mode so there is no work around. I would say that being able to tilt the lense to the left or right when flying would be very useful, especially so users can switch between portrait or landscape when in fly mode.

Portrait fly mode is desperately needed. I hate having to manually align my portrait shots and then have to edit them in post anyway because it's at like a 4° angle

Still hoping and praying for this implementation. Drone mode is so clutch for filming in VRC, and not being able to use it for a vertical format makes me so sad. Recording TikToks would be 50% faster/easier! :’C

You might add drone fly system toggle for it.
Toggle 1: Flying horizonally. To go down, simply pull joystick down. Camera go up/down is using grip button. This is "horizontal" fly mode, so it stays at same height where you go. Can used for overview videos and simple photography where horizontal is important. This mode is now in VRChat.
Toggle 2: Here the joystick for up/down and camera panning up/down swapped. Now you will fly in the direction of camera look direction. Means if you pull joystick left/right/up/down drone will rotate and will rotate down as will. Not more horizontal, means if you fly forward and drone is looking down, it will fly down in the looking direction. Useful for world exploring filming. Still horizontal because camera is not tilting, but it's same as walking around and where camera must stay horizontal.
Toggle 3: Same as toggle 2, now with camera tilting. Here it will not stay horizontal, more for experienced drone flying, can even go upside down. Because left-right is now as tilting, so if you want go left for example, you tilt it first 90 degree, then pull up to make turn possible. This is sort of rollercoaster filming due tilting.
Idea if you switch to Toggle 1, drone can restored automatic to horizontal level. In Toggle 2, it can stays tilted, but control is swapped.
BUT!
Downside: you're disturbing some creators on Booth.pm. There is Virtual Drone asset, and we have VRCLens too which has drone feature too. With adding more features, you're blocking the creator sales a bit. As developer in respecting existing other works, we should not add too much features on it, players must accept it, and if they want more, PAY for it.

Suggestion: you have the Right Trigger hold plus left stick to tilt up and down - maybe the left trigger or the other stick could be used to rotate it around its own axis?

haolink: since right stick Up/Down already controls up/down angle. Could be just as easy to push right stick left/right to control tilt while holding trigger.
