Good suggestion. We'd like to add this as an accessibility option, but don't have an ETA just yet.

Strasz - Community Team: Definitely reduce or remove the parallax background effect when the option is turned on. I feel like it could induce motion sickness / overall dizziness in some ppl.

would be great to have an option to remove all ui animations. personally i hate any slowness caused by ui animations, id like a snap transition option. im aware some users find the motion annoying but dont want a snap, for these users a fade in place option would be great

as discussed there, both a "fade" and "snap" option should exist

as an option this would be fine but personally, I really like the way the animations feel. a little worried that this could make the UI clunker to code for in the future if they have to worry about adding every single ui into such a niche toggle. then again maybe there could be an easier solution?
No real point here other than sharing thoughts

agreed with this same thing I do on my phone, animations just make it feel slower and more clunky.
