maybe an extension of https://feedback.vrchat.com/open-beta/p/1236-option-to-reduce-motion but an option to turn the main menu background into a basic png instead of one that moves with the head

It also should probably just be off for Desktop users, as it just adds nothing to the experience except distracts from usability.
