[1236] Have the option to set "Sorted by" to performance in avatar section

Suggestion
With the new avatar section you can sort by recently used, title and last updated. I feel like it will be very useful having a sort by performance as in many situations in Vrchat you may need to use more optimised model.
Potential Implementation
This could be implemented in one of two ways:
-It sorts from excellent to very poor (Top to Bottom)
OR
-It is split up into sections such as Excellent, good, medium, poor and very poor.
If the first option is chosen it would be nice seeing the performance logo on the avatar preview rather than clicking on it.
Conclusion
This hopefully will remove that moment where you have to say "let me quickly find a optimal Avatar" and then clicking on every avatar to find the good preforming one. Overall this benefits everyone especially people who go to a large amount of events in Vrchat.

This should be marked completed since this is now in the game.

I was just about to make a new post for this. So +1 from me.

We're interested in doing something like this, but currently that would mean loading every avatar when you see the page. That could be a little wonky, so we'd have to engineer a better solution. That might take a hot second, so while we like the idea, don't expect to see this for awhile.

Strasz - Community Team: could caching the performance level, be done together with the image and name caching, then have set in the api when uploading an avi, and for avies that have not been loaded have it store it locally when you first look at the avie in the inspector. for the sorting you would then just put all the unknowns last in alphabetical order.
no idea about the real complexaty here, but this would atleast be one of the way where i could see this being pulled off. in a usefull but not perfect manner

Strasz - Community Team: distributed computing is probably not the answer, but VRChat@home, asking people to donate computing time to calculate avatar performance ranks just sounds so amusing.
I'd be okay with reporting performance rank for any avi I see/use.
If the performance rank can be known without a download that could also save some download for people who block avi based on performance ranks.

Strasz - Community Team: Didn't some recent developer update state that you're now computing performance ratings on the server? I would assume that means you should now have the appropriate data already available to sort avatars by ratings without needing to load them in the client first.
