[1236] add opacity slider for gesture-lock hud element

some users may wish to have their gesture-lock invisible or at a low opacity

now realizing this hud element was removed.

i (and many others) are constantly toggling its state.

the current behavior when a new notification pops up is to clear the last one.

i see 2 solutions this problem:

bring back the hud element for gesture-lock
make notifications vertically stack, gesture lock should just take the place of the old one if still present on screen.
