Currently, some (most) lists appear with zero padding at the bottom of them. Some even render with a bit of the UI in the list cut off.

A healthy amount of extra padding on the bottom of scrolled menus would improve the user experience and comfort. Extra padding would allow the user to scroll the menu, so the contents at the end of the scroll are more centered in their vision vertically. Extra padding would reduce the need to adjust the position of the main menu in VR or the need to look down. This is especially true when sitting or laying down in VR.
