[1154] [Feedback] Add force loco animations for 6 point tracking toggle in FBT QM
complete
NotAKidoS
It would be nice to have the Force Locomotion Animations for 6 Point Tracking toggle built into the new FBT quickmenu.
Due to the toggle being enabled by default when adding the VRC Descriptor to your avatar, most avatar creators never change the option nor figure out what it does. These avatars usually never have a reason to require the option to be enabled in the first place.
It makes using FBT with public SDK3 avatars a bit of a hassle if you prefer your tracking not being overridden while walking. It also means avatar creators have to implement logic to disable locomotion animations manually if they want to cater to both sides.
Adding the toggle in-game now that there is a relevant menu would solve these issues.

This was added in a previous update. It's in the Quick Menu under the IK section, and you can turn off locomotion animations there.

Tupper - VRChat Head of Community: Is there any reason for this to be in the SDK still? Does the in-game toggle do something different from the SDK toggle?

Tupper - VRChat Head of Community It is now possible to do this in the QM
DragonSkyRunner
And on the flip side, don't have it be possible to remove locomotion on (public) avatars that are using Unity's Humanoid system. The number of times I see a really nice public avatar that was rendered useless because it just slides around everywhere is absurd.
Should have never been a avatar upload setting to begin with.

add an option to turn off locomotion animations for full body.
IN. GAME. (not the sdk).
This would go a long way for vrchat's supposed support for full body tracking. of which their are only a handful of applications.
