[1140] Camera settings reset upon relaunch of VRC client

So I tend to use settings like semi-autofocus and smooth camera a lot, it would be great if your camera settings did not reset every time you closed the client.

I feel this would be easy to implement and bring a lot of value.

I always want to use Auto-Focus on all my pictures, but I often forget to turn it on when looking at my pictures later. Would be nice if it were persistent across sessions
