The total transaction fee is approximately 15.3.
Is this number 15.3 in percentage? Or in VRChat Credits?

Hello, naqtn! That number should be a percentage, so 15.3%. We've added the symbol and republished the docs. Thank you for pointing it out.
By the way, the Creator Economy is still a work in progress, and the URL you posted was intended only for a limited number of sellers. The documentation may contain other inaccuracies or outdated information.
