Odd behavior inside Unity when creating a "new" store item. Installing the floating over the head prefab per the instructions and attaching to a newly created store item, when entering into play mode the prefab will act as if the user had made the purchase and the prefab will be active. After a undermined amount of time has passed 1-3 hours, when entering into play mode the prefab will no longer function as if the purchase was made. It will work if you go to the product manager and purchase the item.
In the end the prefab does work, but new users will think it is no longer working because it worked on its own in the beginning, but then changes after time. I tested this in three worlds, and it is repeatable in all three worlds.
I am not sure if this a unity issue, or a API issue, of if it is even an issue at all, but it took a whole day to figure out that it was not broken at all, it just changed behavior.
