In the Creator Economy, users should have the option to support their favorite creators through a single payment, without expecting stuff being unlocked or anything else, just a simple one-time payment to say "Thank you" to the creator. Ideally with a customizable amount.
I hope you get the idea and add this option.

One of the popular monetization strategy is to let ppl pay any arbitrary number of credits as they wish and also put top donators onto public table with their total and/or per month denotations, and maybe giving them some small benefits.
I believe that's one of the best forms both for creator and end user.
And it does not enforce end users to stay subscribed/interested on the creation. I personally know that feeling "I'd like to support that, but one mor subscription - naaah" on other platforms.

there should be 'one time' purchases for things like a cool skin for an item as well as a 'multi time' purchase, for things like money.

Yes, I think one-time payments would be great!
In the meantime, here are some other ways you can support creators:
- You can pre-pay for subscriptions! If you really like a creator, you can support them for several years in advance. 😄
- You can also buy multiple subscriptions from the same creator, if available.
