[1384] Make it possible to hide the credit balance

It should be only visible when you open the marketplace tab in the menu, having your credit balance permanently in your face feels terrible, even more so when you don't plan to buy anything.
personnal note :
I would maybe plan to pay if the creator gets 90% tho

I agree with the points raised. Moreover, I think there's a privacy issue here. It should be possible to hide it for cases where you're livestreaming. It's not very good to have it be publicly visible how much money is in your wallet.

we at least need some clientside UI customizability outside of streamer mode, the UI is starting to get REALLY cluttered and it does tank about 5-8 FPS when opened on some occasions. +rep

While we're at it, I would love to see the same option for the clock. I don't want to see the time every time I open the quick menu and rather check on my overlay when I feel like it.

It'll be bad to accidentally show on Stream to viewers and friends
which would make others Judge of how more or less you have, and could possibly hack their VRC account as they know it's worth real money(those malicious users type)
Luckily we have 2FA, but I am not sure if it's enough to fend off the hackers.
Alternatively could make marketplace/credit related things into a wing menu instead of shoving it directly on the top of the quick menu. Otherwise yes, please make this able to be hidden

The current implementation feels really gross and cash-grabby. Leave the currency in the marketplace tab but remove it everywhere else. I don't need to be constantly reminded that I have 0 currency.

Yes, please make this an option! I plan on buying stuff but I don't want to see my balance there unless I'm going to use money. Thankfully I don't have a HUD in real life showing my bank account balance all the time...
Also OP, it's not really possible to give the creator 90% sadly. This is due to Steam/Meta/Etc taking a 30% cut before it even reaches VRChat. Check out the breakdown in this video, at https://youtu.be/mgcAvzNVmRo?si=XLGjTlfE9v5MFqfB&t=253
