"Your connection to VRChat was interrupted. Please verify connection and try again."

I updated Windows 11 in the past two weeks (June 4th-18th 2025) with the following updates:
- 2025-05 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 24H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5058499)
- 2025-04 Cumulative Update Preview for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 24H2 for x64 (KB5056579)
- 2025-06 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 24H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5063060)
Since then, I keep getting the following error message whenever I open VRChat:
"Your connection to VRChat was interrupted. Please verify connection and try again."
I have the latest VRChat build in my system, but I can't access the build number since the error message above won't let me open my settings.
