As the title implies, you can still have access to the list of people who have you blocked in the current instance if you simply block someone else in the instance. This list will NOT appear if you have no one else in the instance blocked, but will ONLY appear if you have someone else blocked. Please look at the screenshot attached for proof, and feel free to try it yourself by doing the following:

1) Go in an instance with someone who has you blocked (get a friend to help?)

2) Make sure no one in the instance is blocked. You'll see no "blocked by" list.

3) Block a random person and then go to the "in instance" tab and scroll down and you can now see who has you blocked.

This most likely works on all platforms but I've only tested it on PC/PCVR. I'm assuming this is a bug and not intended. It's been like this for a while, please fix. Malicious people abuse this system to find out that you're in the instance then go around asking people to harass you and etc...
