Yellow pixelated world images after recent update, possible bug with new compressor

On my Galaxy S25 Ultra, running Android 16, many images throughout the client (World Pictures, Banner Images at the tops of World Playlists, loading screen tooltip images, etc.) look very wrong (pictures attached). Interestingly, though, the world image that appears on the "Initializing World" screen, looks completely fine.
World Images also consistently look extremely noisy on PC (basically like this, just not yellow), but I'd imagine that's a separate issue.

I opened the menu to change avatars and I see yellow on everything, thinking I need to update it, so I did and its still the same thing.

When opening the menu in VRChat on Android, image elements such as world thumbnails, user avatars, bundles, and items appear discolored with a yellow-green or yellowish tint. Additionally, the images are fragmented into square blocks or rectangular pieces, resulting in blocky noise or mosaic-like rendering artifacts.
Text and UI frames, however, are displayed correctly.
As I have confirmed that other users are experiencing the same issue, it is likely not limited to a specific device or environment.

- Date/Time: Starting from 2026/06/05
- Device: Galaxy S25 Ultra (Android)
- VRChat Version: S:Release_1626 V:2026.2.2
- Location: Any menu or screen where images are present
- Frequency: Every time (Consistent)
- After Restart: Issue persists
[Reproduction Steps]
- Launch VRChat.
- Open the menu.
- View the Friends list, World list, or Notifications.
- Observe that thumbnails and other images are corrupted with a yellow-green tint.
[Expected Behavior]
Thumbnails and other images should be displayed correctly with their original colors and clarity.
[Actual Behavior]
Images turn yellow-green and become unrecognizable due to severe rendering corruption.
I have attached screenshots for reference. Please investigate this matter.

- ワールド一覧、アバター一覧、イベントバナー、プロフィールを表示
- サムネイル画像に黄色いノイズや破損した表示が発生する
追加情報：

・プリントカメラ画像
で同様の症状を確認
VRChatのUIやローディング画面は正常表示される

Same issue on AQUOS sense10 (Android 16).
Started around June 1st, 2025.
Yellow pixelated/noisy textures appear on world thumbnails, banners, profile images, and loading screens.
Reinstalling VRChat, clearing cache, changing network, and disabling HW overlays did not fix it.
The same account works normally on Pixel 5a.
