Wrong input dialog layer when edit request invite message

Description
Input dialog layer appears behind quick menu when you try to change request invite messsage. Quick menu keeps on top of input dialog.
Reproduction Steps
- Open quick menu
- Select user on the left or right wing
- Press Request invite
- Select ADD MESSAGE
- Select edit on the first message

Build 1920. Now it gotten worse. When I try to hover the cursor over to input dialog of any message for request or send invite, it moves behind quick menu.
