Wrong icon for confetti emoji in action menu vs. menu wing

In the radial action menu, the icon for the confetti emoji is a white trapezoid, like an uncolored confetti particle.
In the "Emoji" menu wing, the icon for the confetti emoji is a party popper, as it should be.
This is the case on PC (Desktop/VR) and may affect other platforms.
