When joining World nobody can see me

When i joine worlds there is many times that, when i joine nobody can see or hear me
but i can clearly see them and interact with objects in the world ad normal but they can't see me unless i block and unblock them, then they can see me again.
this applys to anyone thatis in the world.
*when blocked unblocked they can see me pop up right where i am standing. This applies to all user ranks including friends

Yeah, I've seen this one happen. And not only that you can't see them. You can't see them even in the social list.
It's not like that other bug where you can see them in the social list but you can't see their avatar. In that case you can select their avatar if you know where to point and then hide and show their avatar.
This new bug requires them to try to re-join the world. And even then on one occasion it didn't work and they had to re-join again. Also anyone joining after they joined will see them.
