Webcam IK Tracking Selfie Expression Open Beta Stuck in Loop

- Open VRChat open beta 2. Navigate to Selfie Expression in IK & Tracking and activate 3. No settings changed, Webcam is idle, spams error message "Selfie Expression disabled: Webcam incompatible or in use by another app"
I have restarted multiple times, checked if the webcam was the issue, reinstalled the webcam, reinstalled the update, reinstalled VRChat fully, deleted content cache, issue persists even though it was working an hour prior. This was not an issue until it was disabled from "low framerate" permanently earlier on in the night, which I do not have a screenshot of.
I'm not tech savvy and just wanna have fun with my webcam to talk with people again.
