VRChat/Mobile/Particles Shaders are not working with Particle Systems on avatars

My SDK version: VRChat SDK AVATAR 2021.11.24.16.20
VRChat docs say that VRChat/Mobile/Particles shaders are made for avatar particles and worlds.
However, they won't work with Particle Systems on avatars.
To be precise, they draw nothing for particles.
I tested various patterns for Render module: Billboard x [ToonLit, Additive, Multiply], Mesh x [...].
You can see particles with ToonLit shader, but Additive and Multiply doesn't draw anything (even the pink box).
The questions:
Is this an intended behavior; VRChat teams just forgot to update docs that you can no longer use particle shaders with Particle Systems on quest avatars?
OR
Did I forget something for particle shaders to work with avatar particles?

Is this just a bug?
