As of the recent update ,can't load into any worlds with custom Avatars

I tried resetting VRchat, clearing the Cache,but it loads very slowly and then it says "can't join world " and kicks me back to the home world

Only way to use custom Avis is preloading the world and then entering and that isn't a feasible solution
