A friend of mine has trouble grabbing/posing physbones with new binding controls, using vive pro and default vive wands.
Using physbones for example, the only one binding option is "Interact" in steamvr, instead of a different option like "Pose".
before the binding update, he could pose bones with Grip, and click on world buttons with trigger.
Now you're forced to bind interact to grip to pose the physbones, but then you'd be forced to click menus with Grip.
the only way to grab physbones without posing them is to half-press the trigger analog using the new binding system

are you guys kidding, needs more information? have you tried grabbing a physbone with a vive wand now?

We are having trouble reproducing this. Please post some additional information. We would like to know what controllers you are using and the platform you were on (SteamVR, Rift Store, etc.)

In this situation, it is no longer possible to fix the phys bone in the air using the previous method (prior to 2024.3.1).
We believe this may be due to the fact that the current bind setting does not allow you to specify the process of holding the phys bone with the trigger and fixing it in the air with the grip, which was done as part of the Vive advanced control process.
We have tried everything, but at this stage we cannot find a way to perform the conventional phys bone processing, so the solution is to change the bind itself to perform the same processing, or to revert to the processing before the update.

Using a Vive Pro through SteamVR, wired. Vive wands with x2 basestations
I can no longer grab dynamic bones using my Vive Pro wands, no matter what input scheme I'm using in SteamVR.
Originally, pressing the trigger would grab the bone, and the grip would pose it (if posing was allowed on the bone).
Now, pressing the trigger locks/poses the bone in place, without actually grabbing it. Grip doesn't do anything. I can no longer grab the bones.
Reverting to the old hand system in the wheel menu doesn't change anything. No settings have any effect on it.

Scout - VRChat Head of Quality Assurance The original functionality for posing physbones on Vive was with the grip. Users are expecting grip to pose instead of trigger and are having trouble now. We currently have no way to rebind this functionality to achieve grip pose again without sacrificing other functionality.
