"View Reports" UI shows the first uploaded version of a photo of content, instead of the latest uploaded photo or the photo version at time of the report

When you report content, the "View Reports" UI may display a different, older picture (version 1 of a photo). See the attached bug repro video.
I used Vket2025S Vket Formula ․3879 - Glory (
wrld_e26fa18e-c895-41c3-86f2-2361c80c7977
) by VirtualMarket1 as an example in the attached (scuffed) video. I know of several more worlds and avatars where this bug is experienced, if needed.Steps to reproduce:
- Find (or recreate) content affected by this bug (e.g. wrld_e26fa18e-c895-41c3-86f2-2361c80c7977).
- Submit a moderation report in any category for this content. (N.B.: Please don't abuse this in the live VRChat application in production.)
- View Reports, then find your report. Observe the photo shown in the report UI.
- (Once done, remove your moderation report from Open Reports if necessary.)
Expected behavior: Show the current photo or the photo from the time of report in "Open Reports" and "Closed Reports".
Actual behavior: An ancient photo (version 1) initially uploaded by the uploader is shown, which is not normally seen live.
The latest photo is displayed correctly on the world page in-app and on the website (in both the info and launch pages for worlds, when applicable).
