video player not working

From time to time video players in various worlds will not load the video, sometimes they do work. clicking resync or even reload does not help or work, saying the video can't load due to "unknown error" well that error is a bug that just started about a week ago. it worked fine before.

As a user I can't see the extra bug information like if this is quest or PC, but if you're on PC you can look at the logs. https://help.vrchat.com/hc/en-us/articles/9521522810899-Where-do-I-find-my-output-logs

Docteh I am noticing that it is on a standalone meta quest 3, I am personally unable to access the logs, I have seen a file or two being added in my files folder called output logs on the headset from when I think it saved some logs, but I do not have the proper PC to access the file or transfer it to a computer to submit more details.
Anyway, other reports online describe my same issue as the yt-dlp bug, but how do I resolve an issue on a standalone quest without a PC to help? I did search through the settings in VRC and switched the untrusted URLs off and back on to see if it was a minor bug, but the player still remained unloaded.
