With a VR camera, from the people listening to the voice, the range in which the voice is muted appears to be calculated by the distance from the camera lens.
So if the listeners are too far away from camera lens, the camera user's voice will be muted.
Reproduction Steps:
  1. Go to an world that can go enough away from listeners and have no voice distance boosts.
(The talker should be Desktop VR so they can use VR Camera)
  1. Go the talker away from listeners (about 100m if no audio distance boost), and keep the listeners to stay.
  2. Place the talker's VR camera lens.
  3. Come back to the listeners.
  4. Try the talker to talk and the listener to listen their voice.
Expected Results:
The listeners should be able to hear the talker's voice.
Observed Results:
The listeners cannot hear that voice, and the talker is seen as muted.
