When launching the same account more than once using the Quick Launcher (using a local world), all PhysBones and Contacts do not work. However, when using two separate accounts, the functionality of PhysBones and Contacts works

In short, when using Account1 on 2 clients. It acts like I don't have interactions on. I've turned self interact on and off along with making sure allow everyone was on.
Had to create an ALT account just for Account1 to have the ability to interact with my own contacts and Physbones.
