When going from station to station without getting up, it seems to offset your neck limits (proportional to how turned your neck was in the first station) when you get into the next station, I don't think this problem occurs on VR since look limits aren't a thing, but it definitely happens on desktop.
1) Set up a world with some chairs in a row that are next to each other, all facing the same direction, close enough to be able to click on one station from the next. Make sure "use station from station" is enabled for these seats.
2) Sit in the first, and turn your head to the right (most likely 90 degrees if they are next to each other) and click on the next station.
3) Notice that your view is re-centered in the next chair, but when you try to turn your neck further in the same direction as before, your turning amounts are different than before, and you can actually fully turn your head almost 180 degrees backwards if this is the case. Basically, your view limits have been offset and act like your head is still turned 90 degrees, preventing you from turning your head further, even if it should be able to normally.
This does not occur in test simulator for vrchat worlds, likely because the head bone of the simulation avatar does not turn, only the camera does.
