US Server(s) Disconnection Loop

Whenever I am trying to play VRChat (as of after the most recent Maintenance and on the public/beta build) I am put into a loop where I enter a world, get disconnected immediately and sent back to the loading world screen where it loops until i close the game. As well, I am able to only access EU and JP servers fine on the website however most severs are USE & USW. When I searched up solutions most of them didn't work and I rather not try and purchase a VPN to be able to play on most servers.

Can you identify the ISP affected and whether this is limited to IPv4/IPv6 connectivity?

WubTheCaptain ill create a support ticket but for just in case, its AT&T with IPv6 disable since it was one of the solutions to the issue that unfortunately didn't work.
