Unity will mess with motiontime parameters when selecting several animation boxes

1 use/don't use motiontime parameters on animation boxes
2 select all by dragging mouse across, then click (x) animator states
3 unity will now likely have messed with those motiontime parameters randomly by either straight up deleting them, or enabling new ones

I tested this issue on 2019.4.31f1, 2019.4.40f1, and also 2020.3.35f1. The issue exists on all these versions regardless of whether or not VRCSDK is installed.
This issue does not have anything to do with VRChat, please file a bug report with unity instead.

Does replicating this require the VRChat SDK? If its a problem with just Unity, might be a good idea to test the newer versions that are still supported and VRChat might move to.
