Unable to see players when joining instance

"...joining existing instances that may cause you to be unable to see other users"
This was brought up as an issue with the Upstream Provider today (07/23/2025) however this has been an issue for at minimum 3 and a half months. There is a fix that is tedious but allows people to be seen correctly.
-What the issue looks like:
- When joining a new instance, people will appear invisible to you but not vice versa.
- You find someone standing in place as if they are Desktop, but that player is not actually standing there and/or not on Desktop.
-Current immediate fixes:
- Going through each player using the "In Instance" tab and changing the Avatar Visibility (from hide/shield to show).
- Rejoining the world (not a guaranteed fix).

The issue in reference to the Upstream Provider issues is unrelated and temporary. If you still encounter the issue as you describe it (where you can fix it by toggling avatar visibility), please provide log files so we can investigate.

_tau_ I currently do not have anything I can provide to show the issue, and unsure how I would access the log files.
I did have this issue occur last night when I left and rejoined a Murder 4 lobby full of my friends. I had 3 people who were in the same spot I left them in, however when they moved it did not show on my end, instead I could only see them in the position (while looking like they are in Desktop mode) that they were in when I joined back, and I could hear them from where I could see them, but that did not reflect what they were doing and their actual location.

_tau_ I was unable to upload a zip folder of the 2 biggest logs from the past couple days, but here are the logs. The one that was last modified on 07/24/2025 at 3:08 am (PST) is the session I mentioned in my previous reply.
