Unable to provide details for 2nd+ report

I'm unable to submit 2 reports with details, without client restart.
- Start a report
- Open the "Give more details" input
- Close the Input via submit or X or ESC
- submit/cancel report
- Start a new report
- Try to open the "Give more details" input
