Tropical Breeze loading screen preview is glitching when looking up, the sea is raising with camera

The sea height in the pop-up preview of Tropical Breeze loading screen seems to be tied to the sea height in the shop preview.
- Open the Quick Menu.
- Navigate to Shop.
- Find the Tropical Breeze loading screen (Beat the Heat promotion).
- Click "View Details".
- Click and drag the loading screen upwards in this "View Details" pop-up to look up, notice the sea is raising with the camera. Look down as well.
- Press "X" in the top right to return to the shop listing.
- Click and drag the loading screen upwards in the shop.
- Click "View Details".
- Click and drag the loading screen upwards/downwards in this "View Details" pop-up. Notice there's no glitchiness.
- Press "X" in the top right to return to the shop listing.
- Click and drag the loading screen downwards in the shop.
- Click "View Details".
- Notice the sea is already glitched and almost always visible, fixed to the top of the camera. You may also drag up/down.
Expected behavior: The sea level should not be fixed to the camera.
Actual behavior: The sea level is fixed to the camera.
