0.See steamVR refleshrate(mine is 60hz)
- Open VRChat
- Go default home world.
Expected results: capped framerate (60fps)
Actually results: not capped framerate (>80fps)
Electricity is used pointlessly and I feel like I'm going to get motion sickness.

Hello! You shouldn't be able to set Index or Quest 2 refresh rate to 60Hz. I would recommend you go to user support with this issue.

StormRel: ALVR can do it. I don't mind 72hz (I just prefer 60Hz because of the stupid FiexedTimesteps settings.).
...Now, to get to the point, running SteamVR as administrator seems to have fixed the issue.
It's strange, but I think it's okay for now.
I'm still extremely worried about not being able to explicitly adjust FPS in VR. As creator(Need debug way).

Docs say:
--fps=X Overrides the FPS cap to X instead of the default. On Desktop, 90 is the default. In VR, the headset's reported maximum refresh rate is the default.
I try both write/delete. VRChat rendering in 110FPS over.
Ofcourse this option is not working and Docs say lie.
I check steamVR refleshRate, It's 60Hz.
Actually, I don't know what is "the headset's reported maximum refresh rate" but I think this is it. Up until now, VRChat refleshRate has always been 60FPS.
Has the default changed?

This is PROBLEM.
72hz HMD cannot show all of 90fps frames, so lot of frame dropped. It's a waste of computing resources.
And I feel slow downing or accelerating effect sometimes.
