Okay so there is like 2 bugs on oculus side with that. So if they are on a 2nd account with the oculus tell them to log into their main ownership account on the oculus because the 2nd account is on a shared apps so you can't fully un-install vrchat. So you basically switch the beta back to the live the same way they got into the beta, but when they are back on the live. They un-install vrchat from the main owner account. (If they only are on 1 account. They need to make a 2nd account and play on the vrchat beta 1 time on the 2nd account then switch over the main owner account to un-install vrchat and re-install. One of those should fix it. (If this doesn't fix it then you need to send a support ticket to oculus and have them help you manually on the account bug side for apps.)
