After today's update I have been experiencing consistent stutters and frame drops on both VR and desktop. Both private and public instances.

This appears to be resolved, I am going to close this post out.

This can be closed as invalid (not a bug report). The issue was most likely a faulty ACPI implementation in the UEFI BIOS of Asus ROG laptops, and not a reason attributed to VRChat.

Can you provide full output logs with performance sampling data logging from the debug menu?

WubTheCaptain thank you, did the UEFI update thingy + clean GPU drivers reinstall with DUU. So far seeing no stutters?...
