Sticker & Emoji Descriptons are not viewable in-game

- Open VRChat
- Go to the Inventory
- Select a Sticker/Emoji that has a description
- The description is not shown, but is shown on the website
Items / Portal Skins / Warp Effects do not have this issue and display their description
